Born into an acting legacy in Santa Monica, California, Richie spent his youth learning the ins and outs of showbiz through his parents famous acting studio.  After training as an actor relentlessly for years, he began to share his experiences and lessons with others by coaching his own workshop for actors.  After over a decade and a half later, not only has he helped thousands of aspiring actors and actresses, but he also works on set and with celebrities.  Agencies and managers also consider Richie to be the go to coach to make sure their clients are prepared for going on important auditions.

Aside from acting and coaching others, Richie has always had an obsessive interest in what happens behind the camera and with a group of industry leading mentors, he inevitably began producing.  From pre to post production, Richie has been very lucky to have been taught by the best and he is always looking to learn more.
